Bad Weather Heading Toward the State

By Alabama Public Radio

Undated – Weather forecasters are wary of a weather system that's expected to start entering the state Wednesday night. Showers and thunderstorms are expected to become numerous late Wednesday and early Thursday as a strong cold front approaches the state. The bad weather is expected to enter northwest Alabama around six A-M Thursday and will cross the state for the following several hours. Heavy rainfall, large hail and strong wind gusts may be possible with this storm system.
