The No. 19/20 Alabama women's basketball team moves to 9-0 on the season after defeating Georgia State on Monday at Coleman Coliseum. The Crimson Tide outrebounded the Panthers 65 to 22 for the win while also scoring 40 points in the paint.

No. 23 Alabama is looking to extend its eight-game win streak with a victory against Georgia State. The teams match up on Monday afternoon for the first time this season. The game will take place at Coleman Coliseum in Tuscaloosa. Alabama is 4-0 at home, and Georgia State is 1-2 on the road.

Zaay Green had 17 points and six assists, Essence Cody added 15 points and nine rebounds, and No. 23 Alabama beat Clemson 73-39 to claim the Emerald Coast Classic’s Bay Bracket. Alabama scored the opening four points against Clemson and led throughout.
