The Southern Environmental Law Center filed a lawsuit against Bluestone Coke for violating the Federal Clean Water Act. The action is being taken on behalf of the Black Warrior Riverkeeper and the group Greater Birmingham Alliance to Stop Pollution, or GASP for short.
