A Massachusetts jury is deliberating in the case of an Alabama man accused of the beating and stabbing death of an 11-year-old New Hampshire girl more than 35 years ago.

Alan Miller is set to die by the process on Thursday, Sept. 26, in which a mask is placed over the inmate’s head that forces the inmate to inhale pure nitrogen.
