Immunizations

The Ask Your Doctor campaign is being promoted across Alabama, where residents are encouraged to ask their physician about the flu shot and other vaccines. The Alabama Department of Public Health, the Alabama Hospital Association, and the Medical Association of the State of Alabama are all backing the initiative.

National Health Center Week begins today (Monday, August 7th). The Mobile County Health Department is working with its primary care division, Family Health, on the campaign. Saturday is Children's Health Day focusing on students going back to school and the immunizations that go with it.
