In celebration of Huntsville Music Month, Huntsville Animal Services and the Huntsville Music Office are teaming up to offer free adoptions on most adult pets. The “Paws and Play” promotion runs through Sept. 28.

Huntsville Animal Services is grappling with severe overcrowding due to a significant increase in stray pickups and litters of unwanted kittens and puppies. To help reduce overcrowding, adoption fees for most adult animals will be waived through the end of the month of June.
