Orange Beach, Alabama – Part Three "Allen and Tracy." One concern raised by the Exxon Valdez experience is the long term mental health impact, which didn't hit residents near Prince William Sound until three to five years afterward. The concern is that something similar might happen along the Alabama gulf coast. Tracy Kruse of Orange Beach recalls events following the oil spill, which she blames for the death of her husband Allen. The charter boat captain was the first person to commit suicide, apparently due to stress resulting from the Gulf oil spill.
