Alabama Gov. Robert Bentley takes his Road to Economic Recovery Tour back on the road with a visit to Monroeville in Monroe County.
A release from the governor's office says Bentley will begin the tour at about 11 a.m. Tuesday with a visit to the Monroeville town square on the West Claiborne Street side.
The governor will then meet at about 11:45 a.m. with residents and business owners over lunch at A.J.'s Restaurant in Monroeville. He is scheduled to tour a Monroeville industry, Gate Precast, at about 1:30 p.m. and visit the Monroe County Courthouse at approximately 3:50 p.m.
The release from the governor's office says the purpose of the economic recovery tours is to give the governor a chance to visit with area residents and business owners.
