Michael Powell Leaves Mixed Legacy as FCC Chief

Michael Powell is resigning as chairman of the Federal Communication Commission (FCC). He served four years as the chief regulator of the telecommunication and media industries. Cheryl Devall speaks with David Honig, executive director of the Minority Media and Telecommunications Council.
