Alabama judge censured after cursing, threatening defendant

An Alabama judge has been censured after cursing at and threatening a defendant.

Municipal Judge Clifton Price has been accused of violating judicial ethics by the Alabama Court of the Judiciary.

They said the outburst came after a traffic court defendant asked for a new judge because Price's son was a passenger in a car that hit her in 2018.

Price is said to have yelled profanity, threatened to take action against her is she sued his son and called her disparaging names.
