This year’s festival will be held on Saturday, May 17 from 8:00 until 2:00 pm at
beautiful Hamner Park. It’s a free event for attendees. The festival begins with a
parade through the town ending at Meek Baptist Church. Activities lined up for
the day include a car show (with prizes!) arts and crafts vendors, food vendors,
bake sale, children’s games, water slides, horseback rides, free hotdogs for kids
and more. There are new additions in the Kidz Town this year which we know
will be enjoyed by the children. Parents, make sure to bring a towel…the kids
may get wet at the water slides…always a favorite activity! We are also excited to
welcome a special guest from the National Park service - do stop by the Fire
Station tent for a photo with the one and only, Smokey the Bear!

America’s largest interactive comedy murder dinner theatre show is now playing! Solve a hilarious mystery while you feast on a fantastic dinner. Just beware! The culprit is hiding in plain sight somewhere in the room, and you may find yourself as a Prime Suspect before you know it!

Join us for an event that is very different from a traditional mystery dinner show. Our actors are not dressed in costume and are hidden in the audience! This results in a fun, social and interactive evening suitable for all adults.

Each ticket includes our signature award-winning mystery dinner theatre show, along with a full plated dinner, waitstaff gratuity, and plenty of surprises during the show.

Based out of Atlanta, THE REFLEX, brings a live-performance, multimedia tribute to one of the most enduring bands of the last four decades. Having grown-up on these classic songs and videos, the five members of THE REFLEX bring collective decades of experience to the stage.

Lowe Mill ARTS & Entertainment wants you to discover the magic of music with the Etowah String Sinfonia, the heart of the Etowah Youth Orchestras! This dynamic intermediate-level string ensemble is more than just a group—it’s a launching pad for young musicians, fostering their artistic and personal growth. As an active educational and performing ensemble, Sinfonia equips aspiring string players with the skills and confidence to advance through the ranks of the prestigious EYO. Rehearsing in the historic and inspiring Music Center at Temple Beth Israel in downtown Gadsden, the Sinfonia provides a unique space where creativity thrives, friendships form, and young talents blossom. Join us in celebrating the transformative power of music and its vital role in shaping the future of our youth!

For students aged 6-9 who have little or no experience with music and may be wondering which instrument is right for them, Mason Music offers a half-day music camp this summer where campers are given the opportunity to sing and play the guitar, piano, drums, and ukulele. Campers will get hands-on experience with real instruments while learning foundational music theory concepts, making crafts, and playing games. The goal of this week is for students to explore several instruments and learn general music concepts like pitch and rhythm, all while having a lot of fun! Recommendations will be sent home for which instrument(s) each student shows the most aptitude with so you don’t have to guess which instrument to start them on for lessons.

Space One Eleven’s summer art camps are a perfect way for young artists to learn a new art form or improve upon their art skills! These camps give young artists ample time to dive into their projects, make friends, and create finished pieces of work for the end-of-summer student and teaching artist exhibition. All camps are taught by practicing artists in Space One Eleven’s professional art studios.

Registration opens March 10, 2025.
