Birmingham, AL – When the April 27th storms swept through Alabama, there were basic needs to be met like food, water and shelter for tornado survivors. Things are slowly getting back to normal but, that doesn't mean every need has been met for those still picking up the pieces. The University of Alabama Birmingham hopes to step in to fill some of that void with a new loan program. In the process, business students are gaining valuable experience.
