Triple-A Says Gas Prices Still Falling

Birmingham, AL – There's some good news for Alabama drivers. Triple-A Alabama's daily survey shows that gasoline prices are cheaper statewide. The Birmingham-based motor club reports Monday that prices for regular unleaded dropped about $0.02 from Sunday to $2.04/gallon; mid-grade fuels average $2.18/gallon; and premium is $2.24/gallon. Diesel fuel is about $2.17/gallon. The average gasoline price nationwide has been falling during the past two weeks. It's down $0.06. Regular gas is averaging $2.15/gallon nationwide.
