State House Gains Two Republicans

Montgomery, AL – There are two new members of the state House for this year's legislative session. Representative Jack Williams of Birmingham and Representative Nick Williams of McIntosh were sworn in by House Speaker Seth Hammett. Both are Republicans. Jack Williams is a former tax collector for Jefferson County. He will fill the seat vacated by the death of Representative Jack Hawkins. Nick Williams is an information technology specialist from Mobile County. He is filling the seat vacated by the death of Representative Jeff Dolbare.
