Rudolph Prosecutors Must Turn Over Records

By Alabama Public Radio

Birmingham, AL – Prosecutors in the Eric Robert Rudolph bombing trial have been ordered to turn over information about a bomb found outside Birmingham police headquarters in 1996. The decision came Wednesday after Rudolph's lawyers said that bomb could be linked to a deadly 1998 bomb blast at an abortion clinic just a few miles away. No one was charged with planting the police station bomb, and prosecutors deny suggestions that the two incidents are connected.
