Anniston, AL – Congressman Mike Rogers spoke out in praise of legislation that passed the U.S. House Thursday. Rogers says the legislation includes strong provisions to help support Alabama troops and their families, including funding for necessary equipment and body armor. The package also includes language prohibiting the Pentagon from studying efforts to move chemical weapons across state lines to incinerators like the one in Anniston.
