Jury Selection Set for Wed. in Rudolph Trial

By Alabama Public Radio

Huntsville, AL – Preliminary jury selection will start Wednesday for the trial of accused bomber Eric Robert Rudolph. And a hearing was recently held in Huntsville concerning evidence that will be introduced at the Birmingham trial later this year. Jail officials say Rudolph has been cooperative so far and is not giving them any trouble. And in a recent court appearance, he greeted his lawyers warmly and even blew a kiss to a photographer while going into the courthouse. Officials say that's a sharp contrast to Rudolph's initial court appearances after his 2003 court arrest in North Carolina.
