Bay Minette, AL – Baldwin County emergency workers are coordinating with local school officials to prepare for Hurricane Ivan. Harriet Outlaw with the Baldwin County school system says a voluntary evacuation will be implemented Monday evening for county residents living south of Highway 98. Those communities include Foley, Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. Outlaw says the evacuation could become mandatory sometime Tuesday.
