Dothan Firefighters Attend High School

By Alabama Public Radio

Dothan, AL – Firefighters and law enforcement officers will be an obvious presence this week at Dothan High School. Fire crews will be stationed at the school until the end of the academic year -- that's Thursday. The school has endured a series of recent arson attempts and false fire alarms. Dothan Fire Marshal Eddie Munn says there have been four fire-related incidents at the school, and 15 to 20 pulled fire alarms since April. A 15-hundred dollar reward is being offered for information that could lead to an arrest. But Munn says investigators have not yet arrested anyone, and there are no suspects.
