Barquba, Iraq – A 22-year-old soldier from Morgan County is listed in critical condition after a roadside bomb attack in Iraq. Specialist Jonathan Johnson was driving a truck in Barquba when the bomb exploded. His mother says he suffered shrapnel wounds to his left leg. Another soldier was killed. Johnson is a graduate of Brewer High School. He deployed to Iraq last March.
